We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of South West London's most established premium food-led pubs. This is a business that effortlessly blends a bustling dining room with a vibrant bar, attracting everyone from weekend brunch crowds and after-work drinks to family celebrations and loyal local guests.

This role would suit a GM who understands premium hospitality and knows how to create a venue that's as much about atmosphere and personality as it is about commercial success.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has several years' experience as a General Manager in a premium, high-volume environment.
• Comes from a quality food-led pub, premium restaurant or bar operation.
• Understands the importance of building a strong local following and repeat business.
• Has a genuine passion for food, cocktails and great service.
• Can lead, inspire and develop large teams.
• Has a strong commercial track record and experience managing full P&L responsibility.
• Thrives in a hands-on leadership role and loves being part of the action.
