Health, Safety and Environment Advisor\nDoncaster\n£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits\n\nAre you a Health, Safety and Environment professional looking to take your career to the next level within a growing global business?\n\nThis is a hands-on and varied role where you can make a real difference and be part of a company that champions long term development.\n\nWe're partnering with a large, expanding global manufacturing business to recruit a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that invests in its people, offers excellent training, and promotes a supportive and collaborative culture.\n\nBased at their Doncaster facility, you'll work closely with site teams and occasionally travel to installation and project locations across the UK. You'll report to senior operational leadership and collaborate with a passionate team that champions safety and best practices.\n\nResponsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will include:\n\nPromoting and embedding a strong health and safety culture\nProviding guidance on risk assessments, safe systems of work and control measures\nCarrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement\nSupporting management systems and ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 standardsThe successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have:\n\nA NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification\n2 - 3 years of experience in a health and safety role within manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environments\nExperience communicating effectively and influencing teams at all levelsThis is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career further within an organisation with an enviable reputation in their field.
